RCM under Rs.5000 from GTA Service

we have taken transportation service from an unregistered GTA of Rs.4500.

my question is that RCM is applicable in this case.

Yes, RCM applicable.

If the transporter issues LR in any form then rcm applicable otherwise no RCM.

RCM applicable on GTA service...

If not GTA then check out the receipt...
