no w at the time of annual return we have to show it in GSTR-9 of 19-20 or in GSTR-9 of 2020-21

As per press release issued by cbic the rcm will appear in gstr 9 in fy in which it is paid. so in your case shown in gstr 9 of fy 20-21
Please send the mentioned circular.
