RCM Supply only

I am a Recovery Agent, and as per law all the liability falls on Bank and NBFC. Few Banks like ICICI and Kotak Pay GST on Reverse Charge. However Other bank like HDFC, do not pay GST on Reverse Charge. Kindly let me know whether, I have to pay GST, if HDFC is not paying in Reverse Charge.

Also guide me how to show my turnover in 3B and GSTR 1, as all my Supply is under RCM
