our GST practitioner told for IGST Purchase there is no RCM for SGST CGST there is a RCM ... plz why explain me ...is it correct of wrong

on transportation of purchase
RCM is applicable if the Transport is GTA & as per section 13 igst act [9] The place of supply of services of transportation of goods, other than by way of mail or courier, shall be the place of destination of such goods.
So SGST/CGST is applicable

I didn't get the point
ANY INWARD SERVICES AVAILED FROM GTA IS UNDER RCM , THE RECEIPENT IS LIABLE TO DO RCM
NOTE : GTA IS WHO ISSUE BILTY (CONSIGNMENT NOTE)
if it is IGST then there is no need of taking RCM my practioner said
No its not like that , RCM has to be done in case of services availed from GTA
