dear sir,

we (pvt Ltd come.) are registered in gst & hired a unregistered (gst) auto for some work and paid him for his service rs 2k.

Is this service comes under rcm?

GST is payable under RCM in case of transportation through GTA. Hence, no GST liability in this case.
