we (pvt Ltd come.) are registered in gst & hired a unregistered (gst) auto for some work and paid him for his service rs 2k.
Is this service comes under rcm?

What is the nature of services which you have taken ?
No the said service is not covered under 9(3) or 9(4)
GST is payable under RCM in case of transportation through GTA. Hence, no GST liability in this case.
