Hi sir..i have query regarding on RCM?
Individual registered person (owner cum driver) providing transportation of passinger services to company'.whether this services covered under RCM? He is filing returns, present tax rate is 5%. Kindly clarify my doubt?
if he covered RCM ,which type of invoice will issue??

Regarding passenger vehicle hiring, if GST claiming by non corporate body @ 5%, you do not pay GST to service provider, because you have to pay the same under RCM.
Service provider have to file the GSTR1 by tick the reverse charge as 'Yes'
