Sir I have a query RCM part will be paid by service receiver but my rcm liability for example 10000 and my rcm input 10000 if I set of my rcm output and input after no any liability is it right and nothing have to pay in Gst department

Sir my query means I am liable to pay rcm but my rcm input already equal to rcm output liability so I think no any tax amount paid by me...

Liability of RCM must be paid first than only you can avail ITC of that means RCM cannot be set off from any ITC available to you

Neha mam time one of my last question of rcm liability first paid and next month we can take rcm input... But our CA firm in Gstr 3b first pay rcm and claim itc same month so is it right?
