RCM On Transportation of exempted goods
Is RCM applicable on transportation of exempted goods which are not covered under GTA exemotion list? Please share your views.

You are paying RCM on transportation charges not against the goods. So, RCM applicable
Yes sir i agree with you & My supplies are 100% taxfree so i cant claim ITC on such RCM, Right?

Yes there is goods on which RCM is not applicable on transportation of service provided by GTA ie Defence , Aggriculture etc
@ Pankaj Rawat.....Right sir. But i am supplying Cotton Seed Oil Cake which is not included in that list so RCM applicable.

Yes , you have to do RCM in this case & Can avail ITC , & at same time has to reverse the ITC in 3b under reversal ITC
BUT CLIENT GSTR 1 FILLED TAX PERIOD?
