Rcm on shop rent
I would like to know do I have to pay gst on shop rent paid Rs.8000/- I am paying to unregistered dealer. Do I have to pay gst on rcm basis. any notification of rcm is suspended

RCM not applicable , section 9(4) of the CGST act abyance .
No, right now RCM is applicable on Promoters only, accordingly section 9(4) & (5) you are not liable to pay Tax under RCM.
