Rcm on shop rent
I would like to know do I have to pay gst on shop rent paid Rs.8000/- I am paying to unregistered dealer. Do I have to pay gst on rcm basis. any notification of rcm is suspended

Yes you have to pay gst on rcm basis
No rcm not required of ur transactions because 9 (4) cgst act it's abeyance
