we are in service industries rec'd invoices from our foreign agent for delivery charges in there contries

we want to know any RCM is applicable on this type of invoices

We r an courier company in India and our agent to whom we send our courier load for door delivery for his particular country ( overseas ) so in short my agent bills me for clearance and door delivery of my courier shipments that we send then
