this is not true RCM is applicable in the both cases ...whether security service provider is registered or not
Dear Sir, security services are liable to pay gst under RCM vide notification 29/2018. If supplier of security buy a new furniture. The GSt value is 15000. This GST is eligible for input?? If can. Then how to used it.
