RCM on security services
Rcm is applicable on security charges w.e.f. 01.01.2019, but if security service providers are collecting GST in january 19 bills then what to do. Shall we pay RCM or take input tax credit?

you should take input tax credit.
inform him not to charge next time.....is the bill pertaining to december 2018 ?
no the bill pertains to january 2019
take credit and tell him to not charge from next month
