RCM is generally not applicable to the purchase of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) from a registered supplier; you pay tax to the supplier, who then pays it to the government. RCM only applies to specific notified services (like TDR or FSI in real estate) or if purchasing from an unregistered dealer in specified cases.
