RCM on Rent in GST
Rent amount is 16000 pm whether RCM is applicable Supplier is un registered.

As the type of property matters.
RCM would be applicable for commercial property.

As per recent amendment, RCM will apply.
As it was recently said that RCM is applicable on renting of commerical property from unregisterd dealer. But what is the date of applicability?
Not notified yet, but would be effective from 01.10.2024.
