government not yet notified the goods/service and registered person who liable to pay RCM in the notification no. 02/2019
should it means the old list of goods/service and registered person which fall under RCM in old provision will be consider till the new list will notify ?

the limit of 5,000 is not exist , But RCM applicable to all transactions notified by the govt.
no because govt has substitute section 9(4) that means old provision will not consider till the govt has notified list of specified goods or services and specified registered persons
