GST under RCM on Legal services was applicable vide notification (C.T.Rate ) 13/2017 dated 28/6/2017 , with effect form 1/7/2017
No.... legal services from Lawyer cover under Section 9(3) of CGST Act , & it was never Exempted. as it's Applicable from 1/7/2017
