Yes... rcm applicable on or before 12th Oct-17...


But, Generally IGST transactions not available from URD...

But what if one had taken service from inter state supplier then he need to pay igst RCM or not

Yes... Gst payable under rcm basis. But, URD can't supply to inter state. May IGST Tax apply to import of Service or/and sec 9(3) related activities

No Dear... rcm applicable inter state and Intra state supplies. But, restrictions applicable for supplies from inter state URD as per period

If services received from Inter state URD then RCM will be payable as IGST as per above said periods...
