Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the applicability of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) for interstate goods transport when the transporter is unregistered. It addresses whether IGST or CGST/SGST should be paid in scenarios where goods are moved from Delhi to Mumbai and vice versa. The consensus leans towards RCM being applicable under CGST and SGST in such cases, though further clarification on specific rules is sought.
