ADVOCATE FEE FOR 5500/- IS RCM UNDER GST APPLICABLE OR NOT ?? IF YES THEN WHAT RATE OF GST

RCM applicable. Rate 18%
There are certain exemption, refer 12/2017 notification for the same.
