is rcm suspended till 31.03.18 to both who's t/o less than 1.5cr and greater than 1.5cr??

sir kya Hume September tak ka RCM ka tax deposit karna padega ya fir RCM total suspend ho Gaya July 2017 to march 2018 ?

No it's not withdraw as it covered u/s 9(3) which is not withdrawn.

Only RCM under Sec 9(4) is withdrawn.

For assessee who has not yet filed GSTR 3B for July, August & Sept and GSTR 1 for July , so do they have to charge RCM for July , August, Sept Month..?

can anyone send the link of the latest notification or circular of this latest changes.

The Press Release on CBEC portal shows this suspending of RCM provision under "Relief for Small and Medium Enterprises"
