i need to pay Rcm on freight in relation to export done.

No, u have to pay tax under rcm on frieght at the time of importation, in case of export POS wil be outside India
Gujarat high court has stayed the payment of rcm on ocean freight and termed the notification as ultra vires and unconstitutional.
