Good Question...!
First of you ll be account your expenses day to day. Then you can segregate which is under RCM expenses.
After you calculate the tax amount. prepare yourself invoice with tax.
Finally you ll be pay the tax on RCM basis......
Then you can get ITC on RCM.....

payment voucher is to be made while making payment in which name and add of the seller should be mentioned.
