Rcm on Dsa
a private limited company is DSA..is Rcm applicable for that company?

As per Notification 15/2018 CT (r) its applicabale on only on Individual (proprietorship)
Hence RCM not applicable on Private ltd co. DSA
Hence RCM not applicable on Private ltd co. DSA
Can you please give the definition of Individual DSA.

Transportation rcm is applicable for LLP or not
