a private limited company is DSA..is Rcm applicable for that company?

As per Notification 15/2018 CT (r) its applicabale on only on Individual (proprietorship)

Hence RCM not applicable on Private ltd co. DSA

Proprietary firm .... Not a LLP, partnership , company
