Please inform me whether RCM is applicable on Consultancy Fee towards ESIC & P.F Consultancy ?

Sir, RCM is deferred till March 31 only. After that again

Yes. If Government again defers RCM after March, notification will be issued.

Else the current notification clearly has a sunset clause of 31 March 2018.
