RCM on Commission

hello, we have received a debit note for sales commission & agent has not charged tax. Do we have to pay GST on RCM basis? Kindly confirm

Yes, you need to pay GST on reverse charge basis on commission services if service provider is unregistered.

yes. U have to paid GST Under RCM
and that will be allowed as ITC

Sir as rcm is postponed upto 31-3-17. Now there is no need to pay rcm ??? 2nd query is what in case if we have to pay commission in other state ???

Is sales commission paid to unregistered dealer is not considered in RCM now after Nov 2017 till 31 March 2018 ? Do we have to still pay GST under RCM on sales commission if paid in Dec'2017 ? Did Government waived off this till March'18 ?

Dear Sir,

I have Air Travel agency business and i am getting commisison on Air ticket booking . Now my supplier taken from me GST commission invoice for July to Oct 2017 and paid us GST amount on commission and commission is already cut and pay sysytem

We have received GST amount from our supplier So can we need to pay GST on Commission invoice

Please advise

Dear Sir,

we have paid Sales commission to some unregistered Dealers & Registered Dealer please tell me where is RCM applicable, If registered Dealer given the GST bill so RCM is applicable or not.
