my client purchase mix greet and send the same through carting contractor to the destination. thr carting contractor is an unregistered dealer. whether my client is liable to pay rcm as rcm is stopped from 13th october 2017 till 31 marxh 2018.

Yes... You are exactly correct.
No need pay tax under rcm......rcm is applicable only on selected supplies.......and carting contract is not included in it.....,,,
