As per notification 09/2024 central tax rate, dated 08/10/2024,
RCM is applicable w. e. f. 10th Oct 2024 for commercial property rent paid to unregistered person by registered person.
If Registred Tenant paid Advance rent of October service period before 10th Oct 2024 i.e. 5th Oct 2024 to unregistred Landlord,
October Month GST 3B return will be file on or before 20th November,
In this case is RCM applicable or not on this transaction,
what will be the meaning of Effective date here.
