we are pvt ltd registered in India..we book hotel accommodation only for corporate clients who travel outside the country..
Request you to please advise whether we have to pay RCM on purchase of Hotel accommodation bill.?
eg. our vendors are Booking.com, Expedia etc registration is out of the country.

No.RCM needs to paid only when place of supply is in the taxable territory. Place of supply in the given case needs to be determined u/s 13 of the IGST Act.Since the recipient is located in India and the supplier and Place of Supply is outside India,RCM is not attracted here.
