RCM on accommodation booking outside country

Hi..

we are pvt ltd registered in India..we book hotel accommodation only for corporate clients who travel outside the country..

Request you to please advise whether we have to pay RCM on purchase of Hotel accommodation bill.?

eg. our vendors are Booking.com, Expedia etc registration is out of the country.
