we have 4 branches in 4 states and all are registered under gst, should we have to consider limit of rs 5000 per gst number or on aggregate total expenses of all branches per day ?
nd all branch registration are with single TAN number
What if one office in another state is not registered? Still there will be a seperate 5000 limit for that office?
THE LIMIT IS GST NO. WISE
But the other office is not geistered and does not have gst number. Sales &Purchase take place from factory which is registered. This is just like admin office. So seperate 5k limit avaialble?
