RCM issue
if i am getting non representional legal advice from a advocate, Is there RCM under GST applicable ?

Sir, we purchase some materials from register dealer but without my gst number. this invoices under RCM
no as your gst no. is not mentioned in the invoice you can not take itc of tax paid on purchase....
