we paid RCM for royalty paid under service tax, and we claimed input of RCM under service tax.
Is that treatment correct or not???.
please advise with reference.

Clarify, you are talking about GST or Service Tax?
I am talking about service tax only. we got assessment, thay are telling that, you should not get input of RCM paid on royalty.
