RCM Input Credit on Unregistered supply Not Reflected on GSTR-3B under Eligible ITC Section

Name of Service : Goods Transport ( Freight)

Our Transporter is a GST Unregistered Person and due to this We issue Self RCM Invoice in every month

At GSTR-3B, We Put RCM Liabilities Manually and accordingly we pay the same RCM GST 

Problem: But Paid RCM GST Amount Not Reflected  at Eligible ITC Section 

When we put Paid RCM  amount Manually at Eligible ITC Section for avail Input Credit, 

Then Eligible ITC Section Colour Change to RED and says Mismatched ITC with Auto populated Statement

Please give solution in this matter ..... thanks
