We have to pay GST liability in March , as output GST exceeds the input GST . Now we are also having some RCM liability to pay . Can we claim input RCM in the same month ? What is the process ? Please explain .

Quick Summary
The input tax credit on the tax that is paid under RCM will be available only after making payment. Therefore if it is related to march but the same is deposited in Apr hence available for the month of Apr.
In addition to above I would like to add , that if you purchase from unregistered person and RCM applicable, then you have to prepare self Invoice .
Just clarifying , you mean to say that against the RCM that I am paying now related to March , I can claim its input when I do the GSTR-3B return filing of April ?
Yes,You can avail the ITC of RCM in the same month after making the Cash payment of Tax Under RCM.
