1. freight paid outward supplies.
Ex:Ap to odisha
so, AP is local state. Odisha is other state to supply goods. my question is rcm in freight paid in igst or cgst please explain.
2. freight paid in inward supplies.
Ex: Odisha to AP
so material received from odisha to AP. my question is rcm in freight paid in igst or cgst.
3. 13.10.2017 onwards there is no RCM. rcm in freights paid or not. please explain.

RCM in case of freight will be continue only rcm on supply from unregistered person have been hold till march 2018
point no 1. place of supply is the place of recipient and not the place of delivery if your gta belongs to the same state where you are registered then cgst & sgst is to be paid irrespective of the place of delivery.

3. rcm on unregistered under section 9(4) is abolished but freight(GTA)is in list specified u/s 9(4).hence reverse charge is still payable
