RCM for work contract?
what is GST rate in work contract ( construction of buildings) & is there under reverse charge mechanism for work contract of supply of goods & services to PSU's Like NPCIL.

The rate is 18%. Yes RCM applies to these supplies if the supplier happens to be u registered and gross supplies to NPCIL in a single day exceeds 5000 rupees.
Reverse charge is applicable where Deal with unregistered person
if they not charge then rcm is paid
