Rcm for 2017_18 paid with interest on Oct 2018, but same was not shown in gstr3b till date. Cash ledger balance used in the month of Oct.

just take the credit in rcm column of current month's gstr3b keep relevant proof with you of the rcm liability paid in October and credit not taken in that month
