can we avail RCM itc credit on unregistered transport

RCM is applicable on GTA services.
If you have taken transportation services from GTA than you are required to Pay GST under RCM @ 5%, and than you can take ITC of same in your GSTR 3B.
If you have taken transportation services from GTA than you are required to Pay GST under RCM @ 5%, and than you can take ITC of same in your GSTR 3B.
