Yes... You can.
in that means we are not paying anything..
No you have to pay the RCM amount and take input of that.
no .first u have to pay rcm liabilities in cash or cheque even if u have credit in ledger. then after u can claim itc in same month

there is no proper clarity to take input tax credit in which month have to take credit. one thing we can understood, first pay tax and get credit . ie. next month in which file the return.
most of companies are taking credit in month in which file the return.
