I have issue material like iron, aluminium sheet to unregisterd person they do job work on this an
d return handicrafts item to me after job work.
I want to know revers charge applicable on this type of unregisterd job worker or not.

Provisions RCM are not applicable since section 9(4) is not in force. further there is no notification issued under section 9(3) in this regard.
