Facts: One of our client (Situated in India) purchase tour package of Dubai from a foreign Tour operator situated in Dubai. Then this package is sold to an Indian customer and GST @ 5% is charged on the tour package.
Query: Do we need to pay RCM on tour packages purchased from Dubai Tour Operator ?
