a gst registered composite dealer trading for jewellery business.if a dealer purchase goods of gold from URD persons and exepenses paid above 5 thousand paid to URD persons rcm applicable from w.e.f.01.10.2019.

No RCM is applicable on inward supply from URD
No RCM willl be applicable in said situation
RCM is not applicable from URD inward supply.
RCM u/s 9(4) of the CGST Act 2017 is not applicable in this case. Now only "Specified Supplies" from URD attracts RCM Provision.
