RCM applicability under GST
what is the limit of purchasing or incurring expenses from unregistered GST dealer without GST or attracting the RCM?

At present there is no limit for purchasing from unregistered persons. No RCM is applicable for purchases made from unregistered persons. However if the person is engaged in real estate business and purchases goods and services from unregistered person then RCM is applicable subject to certain conditions and limits.
