RCM applicability
Is RCM still applicable under section 9(4) ie., purchase from unregistered dealer??? and what about section 9(3) ie., RCM on notified supplies, can someone please help me in this....

Section 9(4) is applicable on "Notified class of registered person and specified category of goods & services"
Till now govt. has not notified any registered person and goods & services. So this provision is not operative.
