RCM Applicability

Dear sir 

 One firm  is providing three type of services first one is security guard services, second  is security supervisor services, and third  is Fireman services.

He is issuing 2 type of invoices 

1 . One for Serurity guard services (RCM 9(3)

2.  Second for Security supervisor services & Fire man services and he collect GST (9(4))


I want to know that RCM applicable for all or only for  security guard services.

Is he issuing correct invoice or not.
