Does GSTR 2A and 2B show gst payable on reverse charge by the receiver?

GSTR-2A show the invoices of inward supply received from GTA on which receiver required to pay tax on reverse charge or other inward supply received from taxable person on which tax is required to be paid on reverse charge but in case if supplier is unregistered then invoices will not be there in GSTR 2A.
So we can say that I depends whether Supplier is registered or not.
