Dear All,
Two Non Residents promoted a pvt limited Company for manufacturing and trading of Foam & Rubber products with an auth. Capital of Rs.40 Lacs.
My Query is,
1) Whether RBI Permission Required for FDI
2) FDI 100% allowed for certain Small scale Industries - Whether this company is eligible for SSI as their investment will be within the limit prescribed by SSI
3) If Reqd, whether the same has to be obtained before incorporation or after incorporation
