Hi all, I need Rbi compliances list for an NBFC (non deposit).

1. NBFC-ND is required to frame Investment and Loan Policy in accordance with Para 6 & 7 of Non-Banking Financial (Non - Deposit Accepting or Holding) Companies Prudential Norms (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2007

2.Should make appropriate provision in in respect of loans, advances and other credit facilties accordance with para 9 of Non-Banking Financial (Non - Deposit Accepting or Holding) Companies Prudential Norms (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2007.

3.Disclosure requirement as per Para 10 of Prudential Norms.

4.Constitution of Audit Committee (IF asset size > 50 Crores)

5.Annex a schedule to the athe balance sheet in accordance with Para 13 of Prudential Norms
