can some one tell me rate of tds on royalty with undersection

Section 194J - Rate 10%, if amount of royalty exceeds Rs.20,000.00

should we deduct TDS on developing software though ERP module

You have to deduct TDS on those software development cost which pertains only to manual work i-e man hours worked to make specific requirements against the order as placed by the customer.
