what is the rate of tax for MMR (maximum marginal rate) for ay 2018-19

As per max. slab applicable to beneficiary........ generally, 30.9% for AY 2018-19
plus surcharge and ec and shec?
i.e. 30%+ 2% EC+ 1% SHEC ......... makes it 30.9% in aggregate .....
for real estate investment trust tax rate for some income is tax at MMR. for that which surcharge percentage to be included 12% or 15%
15% over 1Cr, with marginal relief......
